Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Buydy websites and the Buydy member dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Khen Levy on behalf of Buydy ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Buydy provides market data tools, screening workflows, heat maps, email digests, and educational content for self-directed research. The Service is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

Nothing on Buydy is investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

2. Membership and billing

• New self-service accounts receive a free trial (currently 90 days / 3 months) when you register. No payment method is required to start the trial.
• During the trial you have full access to the dashboard features described on our pricing page.
• When you are ready — or after the trial ends — you may subscribe through Stripe Checkout at the published price (currently $10 USD per month).
• You may cancel a paid subscription anytime from your account or through Stripe. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and trial length may change for new signups; we will not retroactively change terms for an active paid period without notice where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-export, or resell Service data without permission
• Attempt to bypass access controls or share account credentials
• Use the Service for unlawful activity or to harass others
• Misrepresent Buydy outputs as guaranteed predictions or advice to third parties

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Data and third parties

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including EODHD). Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable for some symbols. Buydy displays gaps rather than inventing values where possible.

Your use of third-party data may also be subject to those providers' terms.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
