This Privacy Policy describes how Buydy, operated by Khen Levy, collects and uses information when you visit buydy.co, blog.buydy.co, or app.buydy.co (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, and password (stored hashed). When you choose to subscribe, billing is handled by Stripe; we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers. No payment data is collected during the free app trial unless you initiate Stripe Checkout.

Usage and product data: feature usage, session activity, and configuration you save in the dashboard (filters, watchlists, email preferences).

Analytics: aggregated page and event analytics (for example via Google Analytics) on marketing pages and the dashboard, to understand product usage and improve the Service.

Support communications: messages you send to khenlevy@gmail.com.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and secure the Service
• Process subscriptions and support requests
• Send product emails you opt into (digests, alerts)
• Improve reliability and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party processors

We rely on service providers including:

• Stripe — payments and subscription management
• EODHD — market data (we send symbol queries; we do not send your portfolio holdings to EODHD as part of standard screening)
• Email delivery providers — transactional and digest email
• Hosting infrastructure — application and database hosting

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our instructions where applicable.

Cookies and local storage

Marketing sites and the dashboard may use cookies or browser storage for authentication sessions, theme preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit sign-in functionality.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and backup purposes. You may request account deletion by emailing khenlevy@gmail.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
